Production Journal

The group has now gone out and done the recce we can start to piece together where things will happen. The setting/area chosen is close to one of the group members homes and they are quick and easy to get to.

The smaller river and the larger river may suitable for the sequence as it part of it features a kidnapping scene, which would be fitting with the type of area. The smaller river has a more closed off feel/look to it while the bigger, having more space is more open.

We'll be using a garage for one part and a bedroom for the end of the sequence.

With the recce done we can now move onto the shot list of the various shots that the group would like to try to achieve, the list will be in the same order as the storyboard and order of filming process. We can then start looking for any necessary props and costumes, which were also slightly mentioned in one of the group discussions.
